Selected project
TundraBloom Games
Built a privacy-first learning arcade with instant play, offline progress, and optional family pairing.
Purpose
TundraBloom gives children a calm learning arcade they can enter without an account, then lets families connect only when useful. It grew from a personally hosted household system that exchanged completed learning challenges for measured internet access; the public version keeps the motivation and privacy lessons without router controls or family data.
Technical implementation
The product is built as an offline-capable progressive web app with Firebase for optional family pairing and connected progress. Downloaded games and local storage keep play useful without a connection, while App Check and server-side score validation protect shared features. The interface also supports accessibility controls, exports, and account deletion.

Selected screens
Start with anonymous play A learning trail is the first choice on screen, keeping account setup out of the entry path.
Practice through playful choices Addition becomes the movement decision, placing practice inside the game rather than beside it.
Vary the learning context Fish, baskets, a scale, and coins give quantity relationships a concrete visual model.
