Life Assistant
Built an approval-first dashboard that turns household messages, schedules, bills, and tasks into one review queue.
Purpose
Life Assistant reduces the friction of managing a busy household by bringing messages, schedules, bills, finances, packages, and tasks into one review-focused workspace. It turns scattered signals into clear next actions while keeping important choices visible to the person using it. Every portfolio screen uses fictional sample data, never real account or household information.
Technical implementation
The application uses React and TypeScript to model records, proposed actions, approvals, and audit history. Gmail, calendar, and financial integrations supply signals; deterministic rules and AI-assisted extraction organize them into a review queue. Guarded workflows and sandboxed finance actions keep automation explainable, reversible, and subject to explicit approval.
